18 schoolgirls' swimsuits stolen at primary school in Yamanashi

YAMANASHI —

Police on Wednesday said that 18 swimsuits belonging to girls had been stolen at a primary school in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture.

According to police and the school, students discovered that the swimsuits, some bags and goggles were missing when they came to school around 7:50 a.m. The items had been left in an unlocked cabinet at the back of the classroom. The school told police that nothing was missing when a teacher checked the classroom around 5 p.m. on Tuesday when she was locking up. Police said a security company which monitors the school had not received any reports of intruders.

Schoolgirls’ swimsuits were stolen three years ago at the same school, according to the principal.

KaptainKichigai:My friend asked her Mom for her old High school uniform because she said that she could sell it online for 10man yen. The percs are buying them. But her Mom had tossed them out a few years back. Perhaps this is a money scheme. Maybe swimsuits can fetch some yen online?

bushlover: Mom already sold it!! Didn't want to share the money.

Kaptains got a great point. A nice alternative to the usual "perveted freak" theme. But only SMART people would sell swimsuits.

I bet the parents won't think this is funny once they have to replace them. I wonder if another school is pulling a prank??? Just a thought. I hope the kids don't miss any lessons or meets because of this.
