nisegaijin - whether smoking weed, downloading music free of charge or murdering someone should or shouldn't be illegal isn't the case here. The fact is that it is illegal, and you'd think these guys were educated enough to know that what they were doing wasn't strictly by the book.

Whatever way you break the law, you've always got to do it being prepared for the consequences if you get caught.

denshadego,this has nothing to do with being a crutch for most people. just a simple way to help people unwind after a strenuous day at the office or wherever. like a martini. or a cigarette or a legally prescribed "drug". as for soldave's comment, i have to agree. right or wrong, it's the law.

They are really dum , work hard to be a doctor and then ruin it all for smoking and sex , i wish they will be homeless and sick for the rest of their pathetic lives .
