20-year-old son admits to fatally stabbing father in Chiba
CHIBA —
Police on Monday arrested a man who called them after saying that he had stabbed his father to death at their home in Otaki City, Chiba Prefecture.
Upon arriving at the scene, police said they found the victim, identified as Yoshitoshi Kondo, 52, already dead from stab wounds in his lower back. The suspect, Takayuki Kondo, 20, was standing in front of the house with blood on his clothes, and holding a knife.
According to police, the son has been mumbling incoherently since he was arrested and has been unable to communicate with anyone so far.

From the report i would suggest either life in a mental institute or execution as a suitable punishment and a deterrent to others.
