Dont be mistaken, those stick wielding cops have been out and about in nagoya for a few weeks already, not to mention the unusually high presence of cops on the roads. Paranoia is out there Japan wide people. Gaijin card. Dont leave home without it.

It was a military recruitment poster, showed soldiers wearing radiation suits entering buildings. In the caption it said, FIGHTING TERRORISM...
