Was the 11-year-old arrested? Not clear from this article. If he was arrested I'd have to say the police are crazy. It's obvious he has specific people - 'a rude junior high school student' - in mind and it is equally obvious he needs some help, not arrest.
How about Kyodo providing a list of the sites where these online threats are being made, and identifying the "online message board" by name when they write these stories. Or is it just me that thinks that is relevant information?
