Does Japan have any bounty hunters ? If he's in Manila he will get caught as soon as his money will run out. JP Police should offer a bounty to Philippines.

Never argue with a 'Taxman.' Pay your dues and he won’t touch you. How can a lawyer be such crook? Does he smoke ‘pot? ’ How can he degrade himself to the bottom of the ladder Good life, high flyer and now he will practice his law in order (IF…) defending inmates. Will Japan be able to bring him back home to face his own music?
