I can understand a passion crime: your girlfriend cheats on you, and you lose control for enough seconds to do something stupid. But beating somebody over hours is just a sadistic loony who got a reason

Japanese men are like immature babies. They are weak themselves so they bully on weaker (in most cases women) people to make themselves feel better. If I found out my girlfriend was seeing someone else, I would just break up with her. Why the need to beat on her?

Killing her wasn't enough he went and also wasted boiling water. It is amazing that now even nelderly have girlfriends. Is that also fashionable in Japan? Well at least he gave himself up, so cops can continue to search for killer from previous story.

Beating her over hours was kind of sick but honestly I understand his view. He dedicated his entire life to this woman and after finding out something this drastic would make the normal person temporarily insane. During this temporary insanity out pour he obviously killed her within a few minutes! He felt there was no turning back and took the rest of his anger out on her dead body(hinse the postmordum puching and boiling water)! He didn't try and hide the body! He turned hisself in which indicates there was no premeditation! He will not go to jail long!

All of these young newbies to relationship can of course have dignity and break up! After spending 20 perhaps 30 or so years together things like this happen! You feel as if you wasted your life with someone who betrayed you! Obviously, she wasn't afraid of him so I don't think he was that violent towards her before this! Before we judge we need to have all the facts. My mother-in-law is doing the same thing! My father-in-law never once raised his hand to her, sent both of his daughters to college, continues to work and support her but has no idea what she is doing! I can imagine the same thing happening if he found out the truth after 40 years of marriage!
