83-yr-old man arrested for exposing himself to junior high school boys in Saitama

An 83-year-old man was arrested on Thursday for indecent exposure, accused of dropping his pants in front of six junior high school boys on Dec 25 last year.

Police said Takeo Sekiguchi, an 83-year-old farmer and resident of Gyoda City, approached the boys in his light pickup truck. He got out, dropped his pants and exposed his lower regions to them. He told the boys he would pay them 100 yen each if they did the same. One of the boys took pictures of the man, who then sped off, police said.

Sekiguchi has admitted to the allegation and told police he considered it useful for the boys’ sex education. Police said there have been a number of similar incidents in the area over the last five or six years, and that they had urged students to exercise caution.

If I had a 100 yen for every time an ojisan exposed himself to me, whilst relieving himself on the side of the road (facing traffic), in 50 years I would eventually save up enough for my own white K-truck... which I would then use to very poorly hide behind and relieve my own self.

Sorry, I was treating this as kinda funny... Those kids or their parents might not think it's funny now, but I hope they don't drag it on forever, and I hope they can laugh at it in a few years... my wife says old man exposed himself to her and her friends in Junior High in Japan, and she laughs about it now... it would be different if the perp wasn't 83 yrs old and couldn't fight himself out of a paper bag. My personal opinion is that some people are way too sensitive these days... but, that's their right.

I don't know what's worse: the flimsiness of the excuse, the stupidity of someone who thought it would work, or the thought that there might actually be people out there who consider this logical.

i think the 6 boys need to go run home to mommys. If they can't take that kind of treatment. they should just laugh it off and move on. if it was a group of girls, then of course its different.
