83-year-old woman found strangled in Hamamatsu home

SHIZUOKA —

A 83-year-old woman was found strangled in her house Wednesday in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, police said Thursday. The body of Kaneko Imada, 83, was found on the first floor of her house around 9:30 a.m. by a health care worker who visits her twice a week.

According to police investigations, Imada was strangled by a rope which was around her neck when she was found. Police say her bag and money were not stolen. Witnesses told police that they last saw Imada around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

poor woman. But as a bad after-thought, could it have been a health care worker who did this? I guess since it was done the day before that there isn't a possiblity for this. I guess another weak, disgusting, possibly job-less preditor attacked her for whatever reason. But if he did, what did he take? And if not that then this could be a type of murder.
