    So it's the same sort of ponzi scheme as Bernie Madhoff was running. Thing is though any investments even the legitimate ones in legitimate companies were a fraud now weren't they?

    This is sure good news. I remember reading this case in JT, and thought they will all get away. '22 scumbags' in one go is good and now get ready guys to taste dirty cells. Will the be locked up all together. Sorry, I did forget they will walk with suspended sentence. They should also few beds to prison if they will be sent there.
