Looks like it started between him and a fellow passenger. The trouble with males is that you cannot sit them next to strange women, children or other males!

Being cooped up in a tin can with no elbow room - it's a miracle it doesn't happen on every flight. Someday, we will look back on this era with disbelief at how we used to fly internationally!

He might of had a bad seat next to a crying baby and Qantas ran out of VB, probably some factors like this were the reason he exploded....and i agree with bcbrownboy i,m amazed it doesn,t happen more often.....
