    No use, in order to conduct such probe they may require to bribe Thai authorities further. Five years already passed, even if some progress is made, few zeros might disappear and reducing bribe amount to Y4M - may write off as 'handling' charges. If Japanese authorities are really serious, they should investiage their own house.

    This is too funny! The governor of Bangkok investigating bribery? Nooo. That kind of thing never happens in Thailand, right?
