Ten years does seem kind of light but he probably wouldn't have gotten more in Japan.

It seems not only Chileans think this sentence is short. Chilean Justice is kinda behind times.
My cousin worked for ALMA, it was a great place, you get clear skies all year long, and the night sky is very beautiful even for the naked eye

Just 10 years in prison for killing someone. Justice has not been done for Koichiro Morita. It's not manslaughter and it's first degree murder.
