I agree. If she had a proper student visa or working visa she could have avoided all of this. Illegal workers in Japan are seriously screwing it up for all of us.
tmarie, unless you are are one of them, I see no reason why you should even worry about anyone screwing things up for you. Live your life.
It affects my life because the government makes stricter regulations on ALL immigrants. Things like fingerprinting, gaijin cards... all part of it and when people break such rules ALL foreigners are subjected to the treatment that comes from such issues. Not hard to figure that out.
tmarie, i agree. when other foreign nationals violates Japan rules and regulations, they make stricter regulation for all foreign nationals. Even in some Eki, they have immigration officers waiting and if they see that you are a gaijin, get ready for your ACR and make sure that you have a valid ACR, if not, you go straight to the immigration and be detained.
This Chinglish woman should be put on the first plane with her baby and Mr. Big. They are all the same. All they want is to get out from China find a husband and few years later they will take the fortune from him and enjoying life, or moving back to China. Just go on Internet and you will see what you can get. This women concerned in this article is one of them. What is this child now Japanese or Chinese? What sort of student is she in her age of 27? Japanese Immigration is not doing very well their job; they need to improve and upgrade to better system.
