Cop arrested for filming woman taking bath

It's important to remember that "arrested" only means he was picked up and brought to the station. Call me when he's charged, convicted. and receives a real sentence. He'll probably get an official reprimand "Don't get caught next time" and 10% reduction in pay for three months.

Completely disrespectful for a man of his position. I hope in the least he is fired and given some form of punishment other than a fine, make him do community service or something. He's a disgrace for the entire Kanagawa Police Department.

As ever, the sexual nature of the crime is over emphasized while the much more serious and disturbing aspects are completely ignored. Since it seems most people's brains get stuck once anything sexual is mentioned I will spell it out: trespassing and invasion of privacy.

I don't care if some guy wants to take pics of me in the bath or just wants to view the stones in my yard. Having strangers trespass on my home property is the real problem because I don't know if they will do something violent and actually harmful.

Don't be mislead by the media; the Japanese police do not have a problem with sexual deviants, this just represents Japanese society and widespread sexual crime as a whole. Practically 100% of woman in this country have experienced a sexual assault of some kind in their life. That's why my daughter will not be born here.

Why? This has nothing to do with AV, it's an illegal act with an unwilling participant. AV is a legal video created by willing participants.

It takes a good deal of detective work to figure out of detective work to identify a good combination of target and location, proper window to film through, time of the day etc. What a piece of workaholic!
