Omedettogozaimasu!. I hope he doesn't treat criminals as victims, the way so many judges in Japan do.

Looks like a lot of these judges don't come from countries where the local concept of "Justice" is widely recognised or admired; including the representative from Japan, where you are basically guilty until found innocent, forced confessions and falsified evidence not withstanding...
