Agree with timorborder.
Timothy McVeigh blew up that building in Oklahoma after the sarin attack and was executed in 2001. Meanwhile in Japan nearly 15, I repeat 15 years later people found guilty of carrying out this horrendous attack are being looked after by the taxpayers of Japan.
If you have the death penalty use it!

If there was ever a good argument for the death penalty, this would be one for sure. But in Japan, prisoners sometimes spend decades on death row so I think it defeats the purpose.

I agree with most of the other posters. Its been 15 years. Its time. Its been time for the past 10. 5 years should be more then sufficient for appeals etc. Time for the noose.
