Unregistered nursing home was expecting inspection within few days...and prior to that ...connecting the dots = it was deliberate (99.99%).

The operators head was 84, was he/she a resident too?

This is really a big tragedy of nursing homes for elderly people. 10 elderly people with physical problems and dementia were burned to death in the buildings with no sprincklers and no watchers during nights. I think that operator's head 84yr old man hardly can watch over all nights.

It is most certain that this issue is; 'NEGLIGENCE.' Don't just punish nursing but also 'Ministry of Health.' It is obvious that someone is not doping his job. 'DISGRACE OF TO HEALTH FOR ELDERLY IN JAPAN.'

How is it possible for the ward office to refer people to a facility that is unregistered? Surely referrals should only be made to facilities in the metropolitan govt's register? Or is it not that easy for the ward office to access such info?

Id suggest people left the government out of things.

Elderly people deserve to be respected.
