Dental student arrested for sexually molesting woman on Tokyo campus

A 28-year-old dental college student was arrested for allegedly molesting a 20-year-old woman on campus in Tokyo, after offering her a free teeth whitening service, police said Tuesday. Teppei Kawano, who is a student at Tokyo Medical and Dental University in Tokyo, was arrested for allegedly molesting the student of another college on campus on July 19.

According to police investigations, Kawano posted a message on the online social network mixi in which he offered a dental whitening service for free. Kawano met the victim at his college and touched her body, telling her he needed to do so because dental chemicals might cause breast cancer.

Kawano has denied the allegations but says he just touched her shoulder, according to police.

I really do not know if we should give this chap credit for his advertising in the 'net, & the freebies to women or if we should critize him? What he did was totally wrong, we all realize that, but it does tend to make one laugh a bit in that he had the much gall.

I think this guy is playing out his erotic fantasies. He is studying in one of the most respected universities in Japan and thus taking advantage of that fact, he made his website. Now, a young lady will not suspect that something is fishy as she thinks she is dealing with a real doctor, inside the univeristy hospital itself. This young man's life is over, at least as a dentist. I hope he will learn but as most sexual perverts, recidivism is quite high.

And P.S. I had a Japanese male acquanitence one time, a massage therepist, who did the same action to my American friends Japanese wife when she was pregnant. Without warning, and needless to say, to her objection he suddenly just felt her up in front of everyone. To the astounded expression of my friends wife (a doctor), he offered no explanation, and she shrieked no sound of displeasure (at the time). Late he told me he was just checking to see if she had sufficient girth to nurture her future child, or some such reason! Things like that go on here among these people.
