Deputy police chief arrests man for filming up high school girl's skirt at Ofuna station

KANAGAWA —

The deputy police chief of Hiratsuka police station on Thursday arrested a man for filming up a 17-year-old high school girl’s skirt with a camera on his mobile phone on an escalator at JR Ofuna Station in Kanagawa Prefecture. Isao Imamura, 30, who works for the postal service, was arrested on the spot by deputy police chief Tokutaro Ishii on the escalator at the station around 6:45 a.m.

Ishii said, “It’s my duty as a police officer to take action if I witness a crime. I’ve never hesitated to do so.” The suspect admits the allegations, according to police.

It really does not help when our youth fold up their skirt just below their ass cheek’s allowing some type of view up their skirts. I am sure I am not the only one to admit this, but during my travel I must witness seeing panties every single day on my commute.
