    Anyway, does this mean I can get people arrested too because I have a "No junk mail" sign on my letter box?

    A few pizza places, some cult and NHK are the main culprits... time to take my junk mail to the police. I also have a "don't leave your dog poo outside my house" sign... perhaps I can get them locked up too.
