This happened in my building where I live, the guy that got beat is one of my good friends, they didn't even mention the other guy had a gun and a knife.
The police and the guy got seriously hurt, the policeman had a cut over his eye and the guy has a broken shoulder and bruises.
The 26-year-old and the officer were unhurt, police said.

The 46 year old guy was high on drugs and drunk as well if you can believe it. Was yelling he was Yakuza, and going kill everyone. Ten police cars of cops came to stop him. Either way deputy editor of Kyodo News a Yak?
His Ferrari is still illegally parked in the building.

Just want to point out...
"assaulting man, police officer" and "The 26-year-old and the officer were unhurt"
Used as the first and last lines of the story. How can you assault two people without hurting them?
