Are these cartel cases to continue ad infinitum until the last dying breath of Japan Inc?

A third company, Denso, was not fined since it disclosed the case to the EU’s antitrust office.

Odd. It seems Denso participated in the cartel, but then spilled the beans. Was this some kind of falling out? Can we expect recriminations?

Perhaps the antitrust office was already onto them. Our legal team advised us years ago that the first to cooperate with the investigation usually gets an amnesty.

Bravo !! Refreshing to see the EU doing what Japan has no courage to do. Japan has zero level of protection for the consumers and we are victim of monopolies and price fixing constantly.
