    Pretty much, yeah.

    You couldn't make it up. This kind of stuff doesn't surprise me anymore, but stil makes me angry. If this'd been an ordinary member of the public, I've no doubt a harsher sentence would've been dealt out.

    Something is telling me that Japan is armed with two law books; One for the poor and other for the rich. Such scambags should serve full sentence, they were public servants and an example should be made out of them. Was judge drunk when he senteced them, and is he smoking 'Plant from God?'
