Right Joe. No one in Europe or America would ever hack a website, much less cover their tracks by diverting their activities through China.

I bet you would have said the same if it appeared the attacks originated Russia.

You should check the news before you make a bold statement.

Facebook was hacked and it was done by the PRC.

If you don't want to read the story then I will help...

A security expert at another company with knowledge of the matter said he was told the Facebook attack appeared to have originated in China.

@Joebiggs, very interesting information, and you are right, not much of a surprise that CHINA would be trying to hack into Facebook, that is ALREADY illegal in CHINA, you know them pesky communists, they want to CONTROL all the information you and I can get, not just CONTROL the good people of CHINA but they are so twisted in Beijing, that they think the can bend the truth for the rest of the world, SORRY CHINA, ain't gonna work OUTSIDE of China and I am sure it is barely working INSIDE of CHINA!

@Farmboy, Good point, and scary that maybe Facebook, just really does know how badly they were damaged by these hackers.

I still don't see the point hacking FB, as all peeps info is out there anyway, just for the challenge perhaps.

even though its a crime i have to give props for whoever was advanced enough to hack into FB. I am glad that no information was violated. Though in my opinion if its been one month since its been hacked the hacker could have had time to get any information they wanted, I wonder what exactly was the motive behind this attack
