Guess the Yakuza need to check ID before killing rivals. Maybe they should get government issued Yakuza cards like they are doing to the smokers.

If it wasn't for the unfortunate loss of life this case would be rather funny. Killing the wrong guy in the right bed... What an amateur.

The fact he intentionally went to the hospital to kill someone, warrants 24 years inside. The fact that he did kill someone intentionally, warrants a long drop on the end of a rope.

This is Japan? The judge in this case is going out on a limb in being so harsh. The usual penalty for killing somebody locally is usually a lot lighter.
