NAGOYA —
Police on Sunday said they arrested a man for stealing women’s lingerie after the husband of one of his victims chased him by car on Saturday afternoon in Nagoya. Seiichi Hayashi, 36, was arrested for allegedly stealing the 23-year-old woman’s underwear around noon on March 29.
According to police, on Saturday around 1 p.m., the woman spotted the same car she had seen parked outside her residence the previous Saturday when her underwear was stolen from the clothesline. She told her husband who approached Hayashi. When he fled, the husband chased him by car and called police on his cell phone. Police picked Hayashi up about 40 minutes later.
Police said Monday Hayashi has admitted the allegations and said he had admitted stealing lingerie from other women as well.

franz, she must have. what an extra ordinary risk he took going back for dessert when he already gorged himself at the buffet.

A man's dream come true: The chance to catch a creep! Bet the husband is just wishing he'd been able to get his hands on the animal before the cops did.

One easy way to put a stop to this sort of crime: have them steal MY wife's undies! One look at those and they'd never do it again! I'm just glad our washing line is hidden by the garden walls!
