Nothing new. Thought theses things happen in europe as well. The only difference is that maybe EU-prisons are more accessible for third party psychologists or social groups supporting the inmates moraly. Theses groupes are witnesses for maltreaten inmates by autority personals. Wich again prevents things like this to happen on the scale as in japan. . . . by the way racist behavior against inmates is servely punished in europe, there is even a EU-guideline to act against theses hapenings

Another reason I will fly home to the U.S. if I have to see a doctor and have enough time to travel. These people are pathetic.
