stick them in "Bangkok Hilton" for a while becasue they so hard!!! Still don't understand how someone can skip bail and fly out to Thai and just set up home!!!! What happened to all this airport security or does it only apply to foreginers? I guess he has couple fake passports.

DXXJP - you are very wrong here. In Thailand you can do a lot with money while you are in prison. In Japanese prison you can do nothing (unless you have very very good connections), not even relaxing. DailyBread - He was granted bail, because nobody cares if a Thai hooker got trouble with the Yaks. In Japan this is Yak biz and the NPA has nothing to do with this. Of course he has different passports (not fake ones) and on the way out nobody takes your prints anyway. This guy is not a big one in the Yamaguchi gumi, thats why the Thais can make him a scapegoat. Imagine, how many Japanese they could arrest only at the dodgy Japanese bars in Nana Plaza alone ? This whole story is a farce.
