    I guess the judge has no idea what evidence is.

    I am not saying this is the case, but I can imagine it would be an easy way to ruin someone if one could have access to that person's email account and be able to send inappropriate emails to a third party via that account. Lesson of the day: guard your passwords well.

    16 emails in a month? wow so terrible. Poor girl! And so dirty! man, I hope they hang him. She is going to need therapy. And some were REALLY inappropriate like " What are you doing now?".
