Universities in Japan should take better control over their students. Last year we had had few stories in JT about such issues. Has anything being done so far? This student is very crass, and punishments should be starting to prevent others to follow this muddy road. Drug testing in universities will be one option, perhaps even few sniffer dogs could help. 'MATE GAVE ME A FAG FILLED WITH PLANT OF GOD.' Now is the right time that universities start to implement their muscles on students.
We don't hear much from cops arresting 'Drug Lord with their Mules.' As soon as student is smoking bong or taking anything else there is a huge explosion in 'Media.' Is police hiding such arrests or are they unable to preceed investigations due to luck of funds? Students are crass to get involved with such people, they land up themselves in a big s**t, and the bustards supplying them are enjoying their lives. Each student when apprehended should give to police full information and perhaps this way it would help police to proceed with their investigation. 'SOMEONE HAS TO PULL HIS FINGER OUT AND DO THE JOB.'
They need to open a university in Japan where pot is accepted as a recreational less-than harmful drug than alcohol program. Accepted students could learn about the history of the herb, the million and one beneficial uses of it, the medicinal qualities, the creative benefits it produces, they could learn how to grow it, deal it, package it, market it, how to run a car on it, how to limit global warming with it, conduct studies on how to decriminalize in the future with minimal impact, the list just goes on and on...
Hang on! This guy was not at University. He is only a student. Would there be such an upraor if he was a truck driver or unemployed?
The fact he was bold enough (or stupid enough) to take pot into a copshop just confirms how fearful the general populas are of actually being arrested by the key-stones.
They keep arresting students, I think because it is easy and doesn't involve getting deep down in crap with the people who really supply it. I will be more impress when the news read police in an undercover sting busted a major supplier of drugs. That so far rarely happens so I guess it is more of students, athletes, semi-famous people getting busted for usage of pot.

A new case study for the students of the Faculty of Law to study. After they put up posters in English warning of the dangers of marijuana.
And I hope JT follow up on this story. Will he do any time?

They seem to be arresting a lot of end users, but not the dealers and importers (assuming it is imported)...
