I think Kuninobu here was instrumental in the U.S. decision not to delist N Korea for now.

I think it is kind cute. Did he think his message gets more attention if it is in a bottle? And what did he need the sword for? All very strange.

Personally, I think he´d gotten more attention if he´d delivered the letter in a Winnie Pooh costume...

I hope it wasn't a glass bottle, might have hurt someone if it broke. Just imagine the mess and glass shattering everywhere, but maybe it was a plastic bottle ...?

Shouldn't this read as "Armed Man, Arrested after Throwing Bottle at US Embassy" ?

Since USA is on recycling kick maybe this guy just wanted to help and tossed a bottle in to have it recycled!

Didn't Confusion once say: "Man who live in stone house should not throw glass bottle" .

he'll be bragging about this in his local shichirin after a mouthful of beer tmrw. he should have commited seppuku on the steps if he had any balls. Mishima must be spinning like a dynamo in his grave, they ought to hook him up to the national grid

My wife just asked me why this is not on the local japanese news... She heard nothing about it.

gotten more attention if he´d delivered the letter in a Winnie Pooh costume..." or an Elvis costume.

I thought messages in bottles were for sea use.

but, why does he care if N.Korea is on a terror list or not? Either way they hate the Koreans. What difference does it make? I am sure he'll be out very soon. Had a friend of mine get beat down by a group of them in Kichijoji a year back. Wasn't a reason at all. Just him and his wife hanging out in the sun when one of them took a pee right near them. I think they need to change their music selection.

perhAPS WILL become a target for further nuisance. possible cctv and notices employed a good idea.....an explanation of why the embassy is used for may become a good idea.
