Police in Tokyo have arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of abusing his 2-year-old daughter at their home in Toshima Ward.
According to police, Masanari Ito, who works at Toshimaen amusement park, punched his second-oldest daughter in the face on the night of March 31, TBS reported. The next day, Ito's stepmother, who lives nearby, contacted police to report that the girl had been beaten.
The girl was taken to hospital. Police said her injuries will take about 10 days to heal.
Ito was quoted by police as saying that he was stressed out when he hit his daughter.

Man, I am feeling stressed, maybe need to go out to find this bastard and give him a few good KICKS in the face!! Also, where is the MOTHER of this poor 2 year old little girl?? This guy has no excuse to abuse his daughter, but SOCIETY has many reasons to find this bastard and kick some sense into this cowardly snake in the grass.

There is NEVER any excuse or reason that would justify hitting a child. Stressed? De stress yourself by doing some fun activities with your child rather than hitting them. Well that's what I do when I'm stressed anyway!
Thank god the step mum reported the abuse rather than turning a blind eye to it.

Never excuse for hitting a child. Certainly not punching a two year old girl in the face. Thats pretty low in my books. The emotional trama will last a long time.
