Man arrested for killing father with golf club in Toyama
TOYAMA —
A man was arrested Sunday on suspicion of beating his father to death with a golf club Saturday night.
Police said Kazunobu Sugata, a 35 year-old fisherman and resident of Himi City, came home after drinking Saturday night and is suspected of killing his 61-year-old father, Yasunobu, with the golf club. Yasunobu’s wife found her husband dead Sunday morning.
According to police, Sugata said: “My father was sick and I was taking care of him, but he never listened to me, so I hit him. It’s true I hit him with the golf club, but I was drunk and I don’t remember if I intended to kill him.”

You sure did!
I'm surprised the golf club manufacturer is missing out on the free advertizing by not having the brand name in the story.

What an idiot! He gets drunk, can't even remember if he killed his own father? What a complete looser!

This man is evil, he killed his own father.
Doesn't he realise him up there sees all, he will be condemned for eternity.
Strewth, they should string him up, maybe televise it, that will bring in the viewers innit!

Alcohol is a drug with terrible consequences. No one would have gotten clubbed if the man was stoned.

When this man yells "Fore!", duck. Seriously.

What???? Why is it still legal to own these dangerous and lethal club weapons? Why haven't they outlawed the ownership and possession of these terrible weapons? Don't try to tell me they are also used for peaceful sporting purposes!!! They were designed for one purpose only...to hit things...and they need to be outlawed now...let's do it for the children!

Why didn't he just tell the truth and say, "Look, taking care of my father was a pain and required responsibility. I am a selfish, irrespnsible, big baby, and had to get juiced up to be a tough guy. Yes, I did intend to kill him, thats exactly why I wacked him as hard on the head as I did." Sorry fisherboy, you're scum.

Being drunk makes it okay here doesn't it ?! Can't wait for the police to announce that the golf club was made in China.

I hate golf, and now I hate this killer also. Accused was drunk and he doesn't remember it, but he does remember that he hit his father. “My father was sick and I was taking care of him, but he never listened to me, so I hit him. (It’s true I hit him with the golf club, but I was drunk and I don’t remember if I intended to kill him.” (Words from golfer) Hope that his judge is not playing golf also, or perhaps they can both have a swing at each other on court room.

God only knows how one can club another to death.
Especially your own blood.
The killer will find the truth soon enough.
When you're confronted by the truth of your own tragic failures, you're the loneliest soul on the planet.
That's why it's important to keep your failures small.

This is a sad story for everyone involved. When the shock is gone they will have to live with the guilt.

Maybe the murderer suffered from a mental handicap.

I would kill mine, but then I have no idea where he is after being imprisoned for a variety of things. 'Him up there' can go to Hell.

The above should read:
I would kill mine, but then I have no idea where he is after being imprisoned for a variety of things. 'Him up there' can go to Hell.

Now i know why Japanese like Yakyuu and Gorufu so much, very handy when you don't want to take care of your father, who raised you, gave you money and a house to live in.
