Who writes these articles lately? This one and the one about the 13 yo kid are written in a pretty edgy, unorthodox way. I understand it fully. What I don't understand is how we should break freedom of speech because of something that is discussed on a website, but not executed in real life. To be clear, there is a law here in Japan about public indecency, and if someone breaks that law, then they should be prosecuted. There is no a law against discussing such things on an internet board. That is called freedom of speech - ie. the freedom to speak of such things. This allows for the organization of civil disobedience, among other things. It means not getting arrested for saying something like 'I ran a red light this morning because no one was coming', or 'I like to run red lights if there is no one there'. You people are proposing shutting down this website for things that are said, not things that are done. And that is known as legislating morality.
