These booths are shady. Often you cannot see the cashier's face and there is no communication. Just a small, narrow cubbyhole where the prize cards are exchanged for cash. It would be hard to rob. Plus there are cameras everywhere.

25 to 30, 175 cm tall. I definitely saw a man matching that description about 150 times today. I had better report this! I have a hot tip on his whereabouts!

Any way it was good for the woman employee to have not been stabbed by the robber. She might have been seriously injured or even killed... Hope the police achieve early arrest of the suspect.

Right. It's petty money (those booths pay out) compared to a jackpot you might win in Las Vegas on a dollar machine.

Heck, the most I've ever won on Lupin the 3rd (Pachinko) max machine was like $1, 300. I only spent about 15,000 yen just to get the machine going @first, but that's all it paid-up. Chump change.

Inside pachinko parlor, prize exchange has only balls and prizes. Risky to rob inside of parlor. Those female workers can beat robbers more efficiently than chimpira bouncers whose main job is helping customers.
