Police said Friday they have arrested the daughter of a 67-year-old man whose body was found in his apartment in Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture.
According to police, the body of Hiroichi Shishikura was found at around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Fuji TV reported that there were stab wounds on the body and a knife with blood was found in the kitchen.
A newspaper deliveryman noticed that newspapers had not been collected for the past four days and notified police at a nearby koban. Police came to the apartment and found the body.
Shishikura's 33-year-old daughter Emi, who lived with him for the past several months, had been missing since last week. She was arrested at a cafe near Hiratsuka Station at around 7:30 a.m. Thursday, police said, adding she has admitted to killing her father on Oct 9.

We all know her reason will be 1 of these 2 things: "I was stressed and angry" or "I wanted to see what it was like to kill"! Also someone will say "These crimes are "Rare", or "It's the safest place ever". Don't get me wrong I love Japan but, I'm not gonna be in denial of it's evil side.

These crimes are rare, and Japan is one of the safest countries in the world.
That doesn't mean there isn't an evil side of humanity that lives here, it's just stating the facts.

Japan is known all over the world for the respect it shows to it's elderly citizens, but maybe we should all tell the truth... that Japan is 'worn out from caring for the elderly residents'
Japan really IS a law-abiding country with a low crime-rate... but it will only be a few days before the next one!!

He was nagging at her on a daily basis. His old-fashioned thinking and advice often conflicted with her own. She reached her breaking point, killed him. This is "probably" why she did it.

Do you know the difference between a human being and an animal? Human being can think while animal cannot.There are occasions when human being also behaves like animals . Obviously when he loses thinking power ..when does that happen ? When he is angry
Why does he become angry ? When he has some fear .
One needs to analyse what is making youth feeling unsecured in Japan or what kind of fear youth is having and what are the causes for the same?
If the causes are found to be prevailing at large,Government must do something otherwise such incidents would increase exponentially

The killer was not a HE and was not a YOUTH. Maybe Emi-chan returned to live with her father after a marriage break-up. But maybe living again with her father brought back BAD MEMORIES. Maybe she blamed her father for ruining her life...
