While the above statement is obviously meant to bait people, I do agree that females need to be very careful abroad. While this sad crime won't get the attention that other types of crimes do in Japan, if you know what I mean, nonetheless it is very sad for the victim and her loved ones. The victim did nothing wrong here, and no one should presume to critique her on what she did or didn't do for this tragedy. No one deserves to be murdered, and the blame goes SOLELY to the sick perpetrator.
Too bad Hawaii does not have the death penalty. The 50th state does have life without parole so Kirk Matthew Lankford will be free to kill again (and again!) albeit within the confines of a prison or mental institution.
This womans body has never been found ! Yet an eye witness claims to have seen the guy digging a grave... so where's the body ? Finding blood, a damaged truck, and someone seeing watanabe get into his truck seems to fall in line with his excuse for what happened ! How in the world did they find this guy guilty of murder, and not involuntary manslaughter ? Somethings amiss !

He will be a lonely white boy in the Halawa CCC prison. They "love" these types there. It'll be a "fun" life for him.
