How about he goes into stocks at the crossways in Shibuya?
I always try not to generalize about Japan and these kinds of incidents although, these kinds of motiveless, merciless and sadistic killings seem to come all too often in Japan. It seems nearly every murder in Japan contains some kind of corpse abuse. Is it society, education, culture or all the above? Or, is there a pathological merciless necrophiliac inside every Japanese person?
somehow i want to believe he didnt do it ! i want to believe that this *** just wants to be in the spotlight...
because if he really did it... i have no words strong enough to describe the police who checked his room and didnt find anything !!! and who now that he confess find the victims's blood in his room...
they should be tried for failing that far !!!
the scary thing is that you may be right. They found no evidence before and now there may be fabricated evidence and a fabricated confession. Its really hard to trust the J-cops. I hope that the DNA evidence truly is infallible. If he cut her up in there, there really should be enough evidence to convict him 1,000,000 times over. No one is that good at cleansing a crime scene without dumping a napalm on it.
I think stopping the sale of sick sadistic rape manga sold in nearly every convenience store should be a good start in bombarding these wackos with depravity. From the story it sounded more like the guy was bragging about his repulsive deeds rather than confessing to them.

Well, surely it is fairly simple to clean up the blood enough to fool the naked eye. As soon as any forensics were done they would find the blood, but unlike CSI, blood and DNA tests take quite a bit of time.
Either way --wWhether he is innocent, and just lookng for attention, or if he really did kill and dismember this beautiful young lady -- this is one sick dude.....
can they dismember him and keep him alive slowly... i mean to cut his toes and fingers, etc. keep him alive for a few weeks and each day dismember him piece by piece, see how he likes it.. sich thought yes, but it will exact the same horror that girl went through....
This whole mess about killers/murderers going free by serving less time than they deserve is kind of ingrained in the Japanese psyche. A perspective in point that is a recurring thing is in Japanese Animation. Where the bad guy after commiting murder or other atrocities towards humans turns out in the end to have changed and not to really be all that bad. I think that the Japanese really believe that people can change and deserve the chance. As opposed to us realists in western countries who are supposed to think that way by our very own laws but in reality subconsciously and not believe more in revenge or due justice such as let the penalty fit the crime.
It sure appears to me the Japan I read about today is not the Japan I new "Many Years Ago". This "Maniac" who killed this innocent defenseless girl should be taken out and "HUNG" immediately. Never mind Lawyers, Police, Courts etc. Hang the "BASTARD"......
There must be a control over many things here, beggining that absurd manga with wiolent contents, animation, magazines with young girls in provocative photos, and pornography with rape themes. This society is ill, and this illness is about morality, people here use this kind of stuff to "scape" from reality (as many of the use to say), but the problem is, if reality is insane, this kind of stuff is more insane than reality, and of course affect the sensibility, for sure if you are exposed to a lot of violence (in any kind), your tolerance to violence increase, and having in mind in japanese society, people can not manage the stress level and of course their lack of personality (if we understand people here is not so individualistic) finally if they are in crissis they explode... hmmmmm... what should we do?... take all the otakus of Japan and put them in a boat with holes in the middle of the ocean?... or try to solve this moral/social problem. In my case, i am not psychologist, if i see somebody strange bothering somebody i will give him the chance to meet my fist, until he learns the "real" meaning of pain.
Some people are just plain evil. They seem to lack a conscience, they feel no guilt, shame or remorse in harming others. Their existence is totally narcissistic, they exist only to satisfy their own wants and desires, they are actutely sensitive to their own thoughts/feelings/pain but totally insensitive to others. I hope this guy hangs for robbing this girl of her life. I agree about the sick manga, hentai, obscene movies, etc. If it is as prevalent as it sounds it must be having a negative impact.
Not to worry... he'll probably only get 7 years. I mean, it was after all a man killing a woman, and not an abused and psychologically distraught woman killing her husband (15 years). This guy is evil, and deserves life, but the courts will protect him to an extent. Just look at the sentence for the 23 year old who killed (but was found innocent for dismembering her body) his sister!
