KYOTO —
A 32-year-old man was stabbed by another man with a knife at a car park in Fushimi, Kyoto, on Thursday night. The victim was taken to hospital with wounds to his arms and stomach. The suspect is on the run, police said.
According to police investigations, Shingo Kitagawa was suddenly attacked around 9:30 p.m. when he was getting into his car after work. The victim told police that the assailant was a chubby middle-aged man and 150 cm tall. Police believe it was a random assault.

Dennis hits it on the head. When you pay 13000 yen or about $120.00 a month for one parking space, hell yeah cut em. The great Japanese past time trying to save money by parking in someone else parking spot. Then when you catch them and talk to them about it, they look at you like your the bad guy.

Oh well thank goodness it was only a "random assault" verus a "continous assault"...???
