Nagoya man arrested for indecent behavior with 10-year-old girl

Police on Thursday arrested a man in Nagoya for indecent behavior with a 10-year-old girl. Shintaro Kudo, a 23-year-old part-time worker and resident of Nakamura Ward, is suspected of approaching the girl and taking her to a car park where he touched her, in October last year.

According to the ongoing police investigation, Kudo said: “I’ve called out to about 100 kids in Nagoya over the past couple of years.” He has admitted to indecently assaulting some of them, police said.

Police have been patrolling Nakamura Ward and Nakagawa Ward in recent years, due to a number of reports of girls being subjected to indecent behavior. A girl was approached by a man in Nakagawa Ward earlier this month, and Kudo appeared in the security camera footage taken by a nearby store, police said.

I agree this man is sick and should be punished for it. I have to disagree with "HaroldSteptoe's" comment of Japan becoming perverted like America. Obviously you don't know anything about America except what you see on the tele. Compare it to your own country, I'm sure it has the same perverts you find in Japan or any other country.
