This guy is seriously pushing his luck. Let't hope the top-end of the legal food chain in this country allows his appeal and then passes the death penalty.

A good judge should turn around and hang him instead. It could as well be that he will walk with suspended sentence. How about to do retrial with jurors, they will perhaps nail him back to were he belongs.
