    His punishment for raping and drugging 9 women resulting in the death of Carita Ridgway was too severe ? So what do we do Defence Team ? Let a monster like this back on the streets ? I seriously wonder whether Obara's defence team have been reading the Japanese news recently.

    No evidence of his involvement of Lucie Blackman's murder?

    His bathroom was covered in her blood and DNA found all over the bathtub!! When police went to search his apartment, he forbade them to go into the bathroom, stating that he would report them to their superiors if they did! Japanese cops being as dumb as they are, heeded his warning and did not search the bathroom. Had they done so, they would have found Lucie's body in the bathtub. Two week's later, they found her dismembered body in the cave.

    He should hang.
