Two of my female relatives have been treated for breast cancer, one for cervical cancer, and almost all of them have given birth. At no point have any of them been photographed by their respective doctors as part of their "proper medical practice". Unless a mammogram could somehow be misconstrued as a "photograph" I can't think of any reason why this guy isn't going to prison, or at the very least losing his license!

both my bros are doctors and they have never heard of their obstetrician friends having to take photos. most of the time photos are not necessary and with the potential for lawsuits is just too much of a risk.

As always, rules and laws are enforced selectively here in the land of the rising pervert. It is also very likely that there may be a law against such unethical and immoral behavior but that they overlooked the need for a punishment.

Women in Japan rest assured that the authorities are aware of the problem and will do everything they can to avoid a recurrence. I predict more ether for the patients.

Pictures?? Sounds funny! Ok, open them legs, now real wide and say cheese?? And he is not guilty?? WTF??? This is why I always went with my wife, and the obstetrician was a woman! But you know, just in case plus I enjoyed looking at the newest sonar pictures of our little baby in my wife's womb.
