Osaka construction worker arrested for throwing feces at female passersby

OSAKA —

A 39-year-old construction worker was arrested on Sunday night for allegedly throwing his own feces at women from a minibike in two separate incidents, police said Monday. According to police, the man turned himself in after the second attack in Settsu, Osaka Prefecture.

The man, identified as Tatsuya Moriguchi, allegedly committed a similar assault on Aug 3. He was quoted by police as saying he did it because he felt frustrated after things started going badly at work.

The only sh*t thrower I knew of was Gigi Allen (for those of you who know late 80s and early 90s punk) and I'm pretty sure this guy wasn't emulating him. Seriously only the insane throw feces at people. gobig: thanks for the laught that was the funniest thing I've read in a while.
