Osaka construction worker arrested for throwing feces at female passersby
OSAKA —
A 39-year-old construction worker was arrested on Sunday night for allegedly throwing his own feces at women from a minibike in two separate incidents, police said Monday. According to police, the man turned himself in after the second attack in Settsu, Osaka Prefecture.
The man, identified as Tatsuya Moriguchi, allegedly committed a similar assault on Aug 3. He was quoted by police as saying he did it because he felt frustrated after things started going badly at work.

this sounds bizarre. Did he do it on his own accord, e.g, did he throw his poo, and then walked to the cop shop by himself, or did the victim drag him there, or yell at him or publicly shame him?
how exactly did he prepare the feces before hurling it? did he bring it from home, produce it on the spot?

All that wasted talent, no wonder he was frustrated. If he managed to squeeze one out while riding an undersized motorcycle at speed and then hit a moving target with it, shouldn't his focus, flexibility and coordination be rewarded with a job in the JSDF or similar?
