Yes, the Keystones are back! The amount of crime committed by cops in this country kind of surprises me. And you don't hear about crimes that might be typically associated with cops, like excessive force or things like that. It's always stealing underwear or taking upskirt shots or something.

Japan should "roll the tape" a lot more. This stuff would stop cold if humiliation got turned up about three notches.

SmithinJapan needs to think big. After putting on the full court press for a special police crime blotter section on JT, finding someone who would produce a COPS like show and then syndicate it could make a mint. And hey.
