    The FBI agent who worked the landmark ADM price fixing case once commented that the big crimes don't happen in dark street corners. They happen at the hotel bars and conventions when a bunch of old guys in business suits get together.

    Whirlpool is having problems domestically as well. They were caught closing a profitable plant, just so that they could move it to Mexico to cut costs.

    Workers are not happy. Communities are feeling pretty betrayed by Whirlpool.
