3 friends were talking to each other. The American said, in my country, when crime is being committed, the police will arrive within 10 min. Not to be outdone, The Canadian said, our police will be there within 5 minutes. Then the guy from the Philippines said, your police force are quite slow, in Philippines, the police is right there while the crime is being committed.

Just a sad reality of Philippine state of police. If you visit the Philippines and see a police, RUN!!!!!

Well so much for those inspector clouseau's here who surmised that this was a setup, the wife was in on it, etc. That may very well be the case, or it may very well not be the case. At any rate the only conclusive thing here as we know it is a corrupt police officer killed a Japanese male.

Rest in peace and condolences to his family.

two japanese male visited the Philippines. On their way from the airport, they were spotted by a police patrol car. They commandeered the taxi to stop, and in broad daylight took their wallets, emptied their valuables and when they got satisfied, they let the 2 Japanese go. The taxi driver said he will help them report to the authorities but the 2 Japanese refused. They said..they are the police!

Anyway, again if you see a police in the Philippines...RUN!!!!!!!

Hey mikihouse rather, before making fun of ones homeland try to think twice if yours is far more better and safer than those that you make fun of. I think you've already know by now that there is no safe place for you in this world, anything can happen to you at anytime and that's reality.

My condolences to the family of that japanese guy.
