What took so long? Probably lots of investigations, questioning of witnesses, analysis of photos, etc. etc. Sounds bad but you never know the whole story.

I saw that image on various tv channels last night..my God looks like 100 year old poor quality blurred image (my eyesight 1.6 on j-scale not bad)!
