    Since Japan and Montenegro have no treaty over custody transfer, Montenegro has refused to hand him over to Japan.

    Good for you, Montenegro, Don't hand him over to the KeyStones...Besides when have you heard of Japan handing over Wanted Japanese Criminals to other countries? Never, right? So yeah!

    Pretty bold to just name your criminal circle like that. And then life imitating art. And the "ya couldn`t make this stuff up" angle is good, too.Life is stranger than fiction. But they still caught a couple of fellows?? Good work. Montenegro promptly confiscated the diamonds for an indefinite period most likely That is good hard currency. Pink Panthers might come back to Japan, but I bet the diamonds are . . . uh . . . gone. Misplaced or something.
